Job summary

Worley is seeking a Project Quality Manager in Ontario (Oakville or Markham) to guide project delivery with a strong quality focus. You will ensure compliance with standards, regulatory requirements, and client specs while driving continuous improvement across the project lifecycle.

You will lead quality Assurance activities, engage with stakeholders, and support ISO 9001 certification efforts within a dynamic, multinational team in Canada.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in EPC industry.
• Knowledge of CNSC N286-12 / N299 is preferred.
• Project Quality Management experience.
• Understanding of commercial and strategic business drivers.
• Stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Experience with continuous improvement programs (Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean, TQM).
• Experience in workshop facilitation, problem solving, and conflict resolution.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance and engineering project delivery.
• Experience with engineering project delivery procedures.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with office and project management as the Quality focal point for all aspects of project delivery.
• Build relationships with client counterparts, client operational and project personnel.
• Promote and monitor adherence to company, client, and legislative requirements.
• Conduct project assessments and surveillances.
• Provide advice and support including investigations into unplanned quality events.
• Promote and monitor adherence to company, customer, and legislative requirements.
• Facilitate functional and project risk and lessons learned workshops, reviews, and discussions.
• Communicate relevant and timely quality assurance information to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Assist projects and offices to understand quality assurance requirements.
• Assist offices to maintain quality management systems fit for ISO 9001 certification.
• Support Worley in creating a more sustainable world and a highly inclusive work environment.
