We are currently seeking applications from experienced Fabricators for upcoming opportunities.

Work Location: Opportunities are FIFO from Perth, Busselton, Karratha, Port Hedland, Fitzroy Crossing or Kununurra to our Pilbara WA mine sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on large-scale mining equipment.
• Undertake general fabrication duties and repairs.
• Collaborate with the maintenance teams to achieve 100% schedule compliance.
• Maintain compliance with Fortescue and site-specific safety procedures and policies.
• Ensure all maintenance works are completed to a high standard.

Qualifications and Experience

• Australian recognised Trade Certificate in Fabrication.
• Previous experience working on large scale mining equipment, in an operational environment.
• High level of safety awareness and orientation.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills, including both written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team.
• Experience using Microsoft programs and computer based maintenance systems (SAP desirable).
• Current C Class Drivers Licence.
