Responsibilities
About the role:
  • Providing engineering recommendations based on our maintAI solutions and guiding clients through technical and business rationale.
  • Working within a project team of 5-8 experts focusing on value delivery in maintenance, production, reliability, inventory, and emissions.
  • End-to-end consulting including business case development, asset management system design, AI model creation, and deployment.
  • Developing technical and digital solutions, including AI and engineering models, to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Driving change adoption and embedding solutions within client organizations.
  • Contributing to Wood’s toolkit to expand collective knowledge and better serve clients.
  • Understanding client problems, generating frameworks or solutions, and building lasting relationships.
  • Assessing organizational dynamics using various consulting tools and adapting behaviors accordingly.
  • Analyzing data with minimal supervision, leveraging data analytics tools.

  • Ability to understand diverse stakeholder perspectives and operate at multiple organizational levels.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in AI and machine learning is required.
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced, international team environments.
  • Entrepreneurial drive and goal achievement capability.
  • Passion for solutions, customer success, and support.
Highly desirable experience:
