Job Summary

As a Kitchen Cabinet Assembler, you will play a key role in the production process by assembling custom and standard kitchen cabinets to precise specifications. You will use hand tools, power tools, and automated machinery to construct high-quality cabinetry that meets our company’s craftsmanship and durability standards.

Key Responsibilities

·Cabinet Assembly:

oRead and interpret work orders, and schematics

oAssemble kitchen cabinets using various woodworking techniques and tools

oInstall hinges, drawer slides, handles, and other hardware

oQuality Control:

oInspect parts and completed cabinets for defects and ensure proper fit and finish

oVerify dimensions and ensure that final product matches design specifications

oTool and Equipment Operation:

oOperate woodworking machines such as saws, routers, edge banders, and drills

oMaintain and clean equipment as needed

oTeam Collaboration:

oWork cooperatively with other production team members to meet daily targets

oCommunicate any issues or delays with the production supervisor

oWorkplace Safety and Organization:

oFollow all safety procedures and wear personal protective equipment (PPE)

oMaintain a clean and organized work area

Required Qualifications

·High school diploma or equivalent

·Previous experience in woodworking, carpentry, or cabinet assembly (1+ years preferred)

·Familiarity with hand tools, pneumatic tools, and woodworking machines

·Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements

·Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship

Physical Requirements

·Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

·Prolonged standing, bending, and repetitive hand movements

·Manual dexterity and visual acuity for detailed assembly work

Work Hours and Compensation

·Day shift, Monday to Thursday (some overtime or weekend work may be required)
