Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Operate cash register or point-of-sale system accurately
Process cash, credit, and debit transactions
Answer customer questions and provide product or service information
Restock shelves and maintain a tidy counter/work area
Handle returns, exchanges, and resolve customer concerns
Follow all company policies and procedures, including cash handling and health/safety standards
Perform light cleaning and assist with other duties as needed
