AET Group is currently seeking an experienced Environmental Technician (Jr. Project Manager) to join our team in a hands‑on technical and project support role with field leadership responsibilities. This is a full‑time, permanent role.

The Junior Project Manager supports the Waste Audit Manager, Manager of Waste analytics and Development and the Senior Project Manager of Waste Services in actively participating in various types of work done by AET’s Waste Services team, including providing technical waste auditing and consulting services, project and staff coordination, and supporting business development activities as required. The successful candidate won't shy away from hard work and is excited for the opportunity to travel, both within the province, and across Canada. The successful candidate must be available to travel regularly for conducting waste studies. This is a field focused position, with approximately 60-70% of the role involving field-based work and the remainder focused on reporting, data analysis and project coordination. The travel may require overnight stays for 1–2-week periods.
