SkeenaGold + SilverLimited, a Canadian mining company in northwest British Columbia, is seeking an Environmental Specialist, Water. This site-based role supports water monitoring, compliance, and environmental programs for Eskay Creek revitalization.

You will lead teams, coordinate consultants, and ensure QA/QC while working in a remote camp environment. Ideal candidates have 5+ years’ mining/environmental experience, a relevant degree, and professional registrations are assets.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related environmental discipline is required or asset.
• Eligibility for professional designation is considered an asset.
• Valid driver’s licence and first aid certifications are required or desirable.
• Ability to work a rotational schedule in a remote camp environment.
• 5+ years of progressive environmental experience in mining or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Lead surface water, groundwater, and environmental monitoring programs.
• Conduct sampling, field investigations, and data analysis.
• Interpret data to support regulatory decisions and permit compliance.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, and technical studies.
• Develop and improve monitoring programs and SOPs.
• Mentor Environmental Technicians and field personnel.
