Schedule : Monday to Wednesday: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM | Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Schedules may change with notice). This role also includes covering statutory holidays as needed.

Job Description
How You’ll Make an Impact :
  1. Ensure all housekeeping is carried out in accordance with Sodexo health and safety policies.
  2. Audit and monitor your team, supporting all shift training.
  3. Coordinate activities of housekeeping employees engaged in cleaning within a busy environment.
  4. Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees and guests.
  5. Assist in monitoring employee productivity and provide suggestions for increased service or productivity.
  6. Ensure health and safety policies are followed and implemented.
  7. Perform daily inspections of rooms, common areas, and general areas in the hospital.
  8. Perform day-to-day assignments in addition to lead duties.
  9. Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in areas such as quality, service, and issue resolution.
Qualifications
What You’ll Need to Succeed :
  1. 2+ years of Supervisory experience required.
  2. Environmental Services experience required.
  3. Healthcare environment experience is preferred.
  4. Proven ability to provide quality audits and training.
  5. Exceptional organizational skills.
  6. Completion or current enrollment in OHHA or CAEM is preferred.
  7. TDG, WHMIS Certification required.
