Alberta Health Services (AHS) seeks a dependable Environmental Services staff member for the Drumheller Health Centre. You will clean and disinfect patient rooms, clinics, and staff areas to meet AHS standards.
Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, restocking supplies, linen handling, and operating cleaning equipment. Training provided; ability to work days and weekends with a 7.75 hour shift.
Alberta Health Services (AHS) is looking for a dependable, highly motivated individual for the position of Environmental Services (cleaner/housekeeper trained to work in healthcare) who is dedicated to both high-quality work and safety. AHS will provide the necessary training to safely clean and disinfect patient rooms, clinical areas, office areas, and other common staff/public areas in accordance with Alberta Health Services' standards and practices.
As an Environmental Services staff, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks associated with cleaning and disinfecting clinical and non-clinical healthcare environments within a hospital or facility.
You will also be responsible for identifying and reporting potential hazards to your Working Leader and you may also provide training or orientation to Environmental or Laundry staff.
