Job summary

Interior Health Authority is seeking an Environmental Service Worker (Cleaner) in Cranbrook. The role entails maintaining a clean, sanitary environment across patient and staff areas, including washrooms, corridors, lounges and offices.

This casual position offers flexibility with shifts and scheduling on an as-needed basis. Casual employees may work 0–37.5 hours weekly; shifts cover days and nights in rotation.

About The Job

The Environmental Service Worker | Cleaner

• Performs housekeeping duties throughout the facility and maintains clean and sanitary conditions in areas such as patient, resident, and client rooms along with washrooms, corridors, hallways, lounges, offices and common areas used by staff, visitors and patients/residents.

This is a Casual opportunity. Casual Employees are not guaranteed hours of work and can range from 0-37.5 hours per week on an as-needed basis.

Shifts of work will be days and nights rotating from 06:00 to 14:13, 07:00 to 15:43, 09:00 to 15:30, 08:30 to 14:00, 14:00 to 22:00, 10:30 to 18:30, 14:00 to 21:00, 13:47 to 23:00, 11:00 to 18:00, 15:00 to 23:00.
