You bring a strong track record in managing and delivering diverse environmental projects, particularly across Northern Canada. Your understanding of northern challenges, such as remote logistics and climate change, makes you well-suited to support and lead projects throughout the Northwest Territories.

Responsibilities include the following:
- Leading and contributing to environmental projects, including scoping, project management, and executing field programs in your area of expertise.
- Managing client relationships and contributing to business development, including proposal development.
- Mentoring junior staff.
- Preparing high-quality scientific and technical reports, including permits and regulatory documents.
- Collaborating with engineering and environmental teams to deliver projects.
- Managing time and budgets for assigned tasks.
RequirementsWhat you will bring:
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline; graduate degree preferred.
- 10+ years post-graduation experience in environmental consulting or related experience.
- Registration, or eligibility for registration, with a relevant recognized professional organization.
- Willingness to travel and support projects in remote northern locations.
- Knowledge of territorial and federal legislation and regulatory requirements across a wide range of environmental sectors.
- Self motivated with strong time management and organizational ability.
- Strong writing and technical delivery skills.
- Ability to convert plans into action and deliver on commitments.
- Proven track record of high-quality, client focused delivery.
- Residency in Yellowknife is required.
- Valid driver's licence.
