Are you ready to elevate your career and make a significant impact on a high-profile national program? WSP is seeking a motivated and skilled Project Manager to join our Remediation Program Management (RPM), Upstream team.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate closely with project coordinators, project managers, project directors, technical leads, engineers, scientists, and technicians.
  2. Develop technical service offers, work plans, and financial proposals.
  3. Prepare tender documents and ensure they meet client expectations.
  4. Interface with clients to ensure their needs are met and measure project progress and quality.
  5. Plan, manage, and control projects to achieve technical, financial, and administrative objectives.
  6. Lead field staff, conduct site visits, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  7. Mentor and train junior staff involved in the projects.
  8. Ensure adherence to the company's health, safety, and quality management requirements.
  9. Analyze and interpret data and review technical reports.
What We Are Looking For:
  1. A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, geology, or another environmental specialty.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in contaminated site assessments.
  3. Strong knowledge of provincial regulations and best practices in environmental assessments and remediations.
  4. The ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  5. Attention to detail and adaptability.
  6. Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues across Canada.
  7. A strong sense of responsibility and autonomy.
  8. Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
  9. A safety-conscious attitude and understanding of health and safety procedures in the workplace.
  10. Fieldwork experience in environmental assessments and/or remediations.
  11. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to work sites.
