Job summary

HRAI in Canada is seeking a Programs Coordinator for Environmental Services to support Refrigerant Management Canada and the Thermostat Recovery Program. You will assist with program administration, reporting, audits and stakeholder engagement, working closely with the Manager, Environmental Services.

No prior HVACR experience is required; organizational skills, data comfort and a service mindset are key. Hybrid in-office work near Toronto Pearson, with remote Fridays, and a focus on

Qualifications

• Organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, records and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a service focus.
• Comfort with data, spreadsheets, databases and documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is required.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administration and coordination of environmental stewardship programs.
• Maintain accurate program records, databases, documentation and compliance information.
• Assist with annual provincial reporting and updates to program plans.
• Coordinate documentation required for annual program audits.
• Respond to questions and provide program support to members and partners.
• Support relationships and communications with government departments and industry partners.
• Track program activities, deadlines, data and reporting requirements.
• Assist with budget tracking and annual budget preparation.
• Support program communications, education, outreach and engagement activities.
• Participate in meetings, working groups and industry events.
• Look for opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.
