Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Geological Engineering, Geology, or related discipline.
• 15+ years of progressive experience leading environmental assessment, site investigation, remediation, reclamation, and regulatory compliance projects in Canada.
• Professional designation in good standing (P.Eng. with APEGA, P.Geo. with APEGA, or similar).
• Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams, mentoring staff, and growing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification and pursuit of new clients; develop additional work within an existing project; attend business development meetings.
• Provide oversight and management of junior staff; coach, train, and motivate staff on Environmental projects; participate in hiring.
