As Environmental Manager, you will lead the environmental strategy and execution for our BC mining operations, including two surface quarries and rail load-out facilities supporting our wallboard plants and external customers.
You will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and continuous environmental improvement, while supporting safe and sustainable operations. This is a high-impact role interfacing with internal teams, regulatory bodies, and Indigenous communities.

Certain provinces require pay information be provided in job postings. Saint-Gobain aims to deliver a comprehensive Total Rewards package to support our employees' wellbeing and help improve daily life for themselves and their families. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer prospective candidates, the base pay for this position ranges from $90,500 to $125,000 per year. The starting salary will be based on the successful candidate's competencies, including but not limited to education, experience, skills and qualifications as they relate to the role. Fully qualified and experienced candidates will typically align near the midpoint. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus based on company and individual performance measures.
