Minimum Requirements:
  • Current enrollment in an undergraduate program in Sciences or Engineering with an environmental, geoscience, or policy focus
  • You must be returning to full-time studies after the work term
  • Please attach your most recent transcripts with your application
Location & Other Key Details:
  • This is a 4, 8, 12, or 16-month term beginning in September 2025. You will be asked to indicate your availability in your application.
  • Potential locations include Calgary, St. John's, and Fort McMurray (Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo). You will be asked to specify your location preferences.
  • Relocation support will be provided if required.
  • Students residing and working in Fort McMurray are eligible for a cash allowance to offset the cost of living and remote work. To learn more about living and working in Fort McMurray, click here.
