Job summary

StafinGo is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction and environmental projects from planning through closeout. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure safe, on-time delivery within scope.

Qualifications

In this role, you will oversee all phases of project execution, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, implementation, and project closeout. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience within construction, environmental services, infrastructure, or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, best practices, and tools.
• Demonstrated experience managing project budgets, timelines, resources, and multiple concurrent projects.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.
• Experience with project management software is considered an asset.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project and client sites as required.
• Combination of office-based and field-based work.
• Fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment with competing priorities.
• Regular travel and site visits may be required.
• Frequent interaction with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Flexibility to travel as needed to support project delivery and operational requirements.
