Primary Responsibilities:

  • Represent TELUS Communications in a professional and friendly manner
  • Sell and promote services to new and existing customers
  • Communicate effectively with customers
  • Face-to-Face customer interactions in various settings
  • Respond to customers’ inquiries; research, resolve, and follow up on customer issues
  • Assess customer needs and provide appropriate recommendations and solutions
  • Represent our client at different events and campaigns
