Job summary

Halliburton is seeking an entry-level Operator Assistant to support slickline services at the well site, with strict supervision and ongoing training in HSE policies. You will assist with equipment prep, service delivery and post-job demobilization, while developing driving skills as required by local conditions and a path toward Service Operator roles.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Basic reading comprehension and writing skills required.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• This is a development role with potential to advance to Operator roles.
• Offshore work schedule options include 21/21 or 28/28.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Service Supervisor during all phases of providing slickline services.
• Assist with pre-job product and service equipment preparation and mobilization.
• Assist with post-job demobilization, cleanup and repair of equipment.
• Follow written and verbal instructions and communicate effectively with team.
• Work as an effective team member and obtain necessary driving licensure as required.
• Develop understanding of CPS products and slick line processes at shop and well site.
• This is an entry-level position to learn HSE policies and procedures.
• Careers may advance to Service Operator I/II depending on performance and business needs.
