We are seeking entry-level benefits specialists who will be responsible for explaining clients' permanent benefits they are entitled to through the labor unions, credit unions, and/or associations. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service or sales, work well with a team, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Engage with clients via phone and Zoom to explain our permanent products and benefits
• Complete necessary documentation in a timely manner to meet company standards
• Proficiency with Zoom

Requirements :

• 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience
• High school diploma
• Experience working in a team environment or in a leadership position

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Zoom platform
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude
