Your Responsibilities:

You will play a key role in acquiring new clients by reaching out to small business owners through high-volume outbound calls. Your goal: present our services, generate interest, and transfer qualified leads to our experienced sales agents.

This role primarily involves interactions in Spanish – proficiency in this language is essential to provide a seamless customer experience.

Daily, you will need to:

• Make outbound cold calls to small business owners
• Build a strong trust connection with potential clients
• Clearly communicate the value of our services and offerings
• Identify interest and smoothly transfer leads to our sales team
• Consistently meet (and exceed) your goals with confidence

Please note: This position requires strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, as all interactions with American clients are conducted in Spanish or English.
