ENTRY-LEVEL REMOTE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (NEW BRUNSWICK)

We are looking for full-time customer service representatives to support inbound customer service, help desk, and back-office processing for commercial and public sector support positions. In this role, you will handle inbound calls, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and build strong relationships with customers while professionally representing some of the most recognizable brands in the world.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

WHAT DOES A WORK AT HOME CONTACT CENTER REPRESENTATIVE DO?

This position supports customer service, technical support, and sales interactions. You will interact with hundreds of customers each week across the country to resolve issues, promote products and services, and ensure an excellent customer experience. Successful representatives are confident, engaged, team-oriented, and bring a positive attitude daily.

Our entry-level Contact Center Representatives are responsible for:

  • Listening to customers, understanding their needs, and resolving issues
  • Using systems and technology to manage accounts
  • Recognizing sales opportunities and applying sales skills to upgrade
  • Explaining products and processes to customers
  • Escalating customer dissatisfaction appropriately
  • Ensuring first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • Typing speed of 20+ words per minute
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Basic understanding of Windows OS
  • Reliable with good attendance and punctuality
