The Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Entry-Level QA Engineer who is passionate about delivering exceptional product quality. This is a fantastic opportunity to break into the tech industry and grow your skills in both manual and automated testing. You’ll work closely with our development, design, and product teams to test new features and ensure a reliable, intuitive experience for all users—Influencers, Brands, and Admins.

What You'll Do

• Perform manual testing of new and existing features across web and mobile platforms
• Create, execute, and maintain test cases, test plans, and bug reports
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to identify, reproduce, and resolve issues
• Understand and test for the unique workflows and permissions associated with our three-tiered user system
• Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-ups to stay aligned with team priorities
• Learn and support the development of our new automated testing framework, with opportunities to grow into test automation

Who You Are

• A recent graduate or early-career professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality
• Some experience with manual testing or coursework related to software QA/testing
• Familiar with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) and test management tools is a plus
• Excellent communicator who thrives in collaborative, cross-functional teams
• Excited to learn about automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright – no experience required, we’ll help you learn!)
• Curious about user experience and eager to understand how different users (Influencer, Brand, Admin) interact with the platform

Compensation Range:

We offer a starting salary of $45,000-55,000 CAD annually
