Our Melville, NY office is looking for an Entry Level Permit Expeditor who embodies this purpose.

What You'll Do:

  • Build relationships with key decision makers at various state, county and city agencies
  • Research and understand local zoning and permit requirements
  • Prepare, submit and monitor various filed permits
  • Serve as a liaison between local agencies and our internal engineering team
  • Deliver and obtain time sensitive engineering and architectural documents

What You'll Need:

  • The ability to learn quickly, along with an assertive curiosity, and a solid work ethic
  • Superior customer service skills and creative thinking
  • Comfortable with local travel and working primarily out in the field
  • A High School diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor’s degree a plus
  • Must have a reliable vehicle and driver license

Salary: $55,000-$70,000. Total compensation will be determined by other considerations such as experience, qualifications and educational background. This position is eligible for potential annual bonus earnings.
