Alliance Technical Group is looking for entry-level Lab Technicians to join our team!

Overview:

The Lab Technician supports daily laboratory operations, performs sample analyses according to NELAC standards, and complies with EPA regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform laboratory operations, including sample preparation and analysis.
  • Document work according to protocols and compile data into reports.
  • Prepare reagents and media for testing.
  • Maintain laboratory instruments and workspace regularly.
  • Review SOPs to ensure compliance with NELAC and EPA standards.
  • Manage sample custody, control, and hazardous waste disposal.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED; chemistry or physical science degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of laboratory experience preferred.
  • Experience with hazardous chemicals.
  • Knowledge of chemistry, lab analysis, and safety protocols.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and pay attention to detail.
  • Ability to accurately complete documentation.

Pay ranges from $18 to $23 per hour, depending on location and experience, compliant with applicable laws.
