Job description

Overview

Bunzl Ireland is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level IT Support professional to join our IT team in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience and make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Network Administration
  • User management: profile creation, account setup, permissions, and password resets
  • Office 365 administration and troubleshooting email issues
  • Software installation and removal on user PCs
  • User Support
  • Set up and onboard new users, including IT induction
  • Provide day-to-day user support, resolving IT issues quickly and efficiently
  • Hardware & Software
  • Act as a local point of contact with Bunzl Group IT and third-party suppliers
  • Log and escalate network performance issues, providing updates to users
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues or escalate as necessary
  • Maintain and administer systems such as Access Control, Managed Print, WMS, and more
  • Manage software version control in line with group IT policies
  • Telecoms (Mobile & Fixed)
  • Configure devices and provide local support to users
  • Act as first point of contact for mobile and fixed telecom issues
  • Actively manage and reduce print consumables usage
  • Productivity & Training
  • Work with staff across departments to identify workflow improvements through IT solutions

Qualifications & Experience

  • A third-level qualification in IT or a related field
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive and customer-focused mindset
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Hours of Work

Monday to Friday, with some flexibility required
