Job summary

Western Well Servicing is seeking an Experienced Floorhand to join a 5-person crew on a well service rig. Responsibilities include assisting with driving equipment, rigging up/down, and handling rods, tubing and casing under operator direction.

Job description

Western Well Servicing is hiring Experienced Floorhands local to the following areas:

• Lloydminster, SK

Position is full-time seasonal position. Seasonal work is based on operational requirements, project schedules, weather and environmental conditions and other factors outside our control. We operate a large, safe and reliable fleet of mobile single, double and slant service rigs for workovers, well completions, re-entry preparation services and abandonments.

TheFloorhand is part of a 5-person crew that works on a well service rig and is responsible for performing services on oil and gas wells. Duties of the Floor Hand include assisting in driving equipment, rigging up and rigging down, pulling/laying down rods, tubing and casing, and other functions specified by well operator.

Training is provided for all entry level candidates. Hands on training provide individuals with the necessary knowledge, skills and safety awareness to perform their duties effectively and safely on the rig. Previous experience in labor, roofing, landscaping, construction or any oil and gas experience is considered an asset.
