Job description

As an Entry-Level Event Operator , you’ll support the planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of marketing events across the Greater Toronto Area. You'll play a vital role in bringing brand campaigns to life and ensuring every event runs smoothly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the physical setup and dismantling of event equipment and displays
• Support on-site logistics, including crowd flow, product presentation, and signage
• Represent client brands professionally during events, engaging with the public
• Ensure event sites are safe, clean, and organised throughout the activation
• Help collect feedback and report results to the event management team
• Work closely with marketing coordinators to meet daily campaign goals
