Our client, a large pipeline company, is looking to hire Entry Level Environmental Inspectors (EI).
Working under the Environmental Inspector Lead, the Entry Level Environmental Inspector is the Company’s authorized representative and is to inspect and ensure that all field project construction is being conducted in compliance with the applicable environmental plans/procedures and the requirements of federal, regional, provincial/state, and local environmental permits or approvals, as prepared and approved by the Company Environmental Department.
Prior to construction, project-specific environmental materials will be provided to the Entry Level Environmental Inspector, which include detailed plans, procedures, and environmental conditions to be complied with before, during, and after construction. The Entry Level EI will provide support to the Lead and provide right of way (ROW) assessments and manage/oversee reclamation work. This position is a field position and the location could be Houston, BC or near Prince George, Vanderhoof, Fraser Lake or Burns Lake, BC.
