We’re looking for a driven Business Development Associate who’s ready to jump into a dynamic role, working with both warm leads and cold markets to create meaningful, long-lasting business relationships. This is an opportunity for a motivated individual to join a team where your contributions directly impact the company’s growth and success.

We are now hiring both - Full-Time and Part-Time associates!

Business Development Associate’s responsibilities:

  • Engage with and nurture warm leads, turning them into long-term business partners by understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Navigate and develop relationships in untapped cold markets, using strategic thinking and creative approaches to open new opportunities.
  • Oversee existing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and looking for ways to expand business opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure a unified approach to business development efforts.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics, providing regular updates to leadership on progress and opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to continuously refine strategies and improve performance.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Business Development Associate’s Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, with a track record of driving growth is preferred.
  • A passion for business development, with a track record of success in both warm and cold markets.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to different clients and markets.
  • A strategic thinker who enjoys researching, analyzing, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to work closely with other departments to achieve success.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to grow and advance within the company.
