We are seeking entry-level benefits specialistswho will be responsible for explaining clients permanent benefits they are entitled to through the labor unions, credit unions, and / orassociations.The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service or sales, work well with a team andthrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Strong verbal and oral communicationskills

Build and maintain client relationships

Engage with clients via phone and zoom to explain our permanent products and benefits

Complete necessary documentation in a timely manner to meet company standards

Proficiency with Zoom

Requirements :

• 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience

Education requirements : High school Diploma

• Experience working in a team environment or in position of leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Zoom Platform
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
