The work location requires working onsite with our clients and partners or in our offices and delivery centers to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.

Here’s what you need:

Required Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any major with an anticipated graduation date (at the time of application) of December 2025 through August 2026

  • If applying for Montreal location, must be fluently bilingual in English and French

  • Major in any subject that has pushed you to think critically and given you opportunities to solve problems (i.e., business, economics, commerce, computer science, engineering, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Feels comfortable leading workshops, asking others for input and telling stories as a presentation style

  • Has experience using data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx) or programming languages (R, Python, Julia, SQL)

  • Think critically and have taken classes in statistics or data analytics

  • Adept at navigating ambiguity, demonstrated quantitative skills, and thinks analytically

  • Understands the implementation of data analytics in solving problems

  • Know you still have a lot to learn and are willing to be a lifelong learner

English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
