Job summary

Great Canadian Oil Change (GCOC) is hiring a lube technician to keep guests safe on the road through preventative maintenance and quality service. You’ll learn and perform oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, battery tests, and light inspections in a fast, friendly environment.

No prior automotive experience is required for on-the-job training, and you’ll benefit from a flexible schedule, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement within a safety-focused team.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and preventative maintenance for guest vehicles.
• Check and refill fluids, rotate tires, and inspect components.
• Test and replace batteries; inspect lights and wipers and perform 18-point safety check.
• Work in a team to provide fast, easy, trusted services to guests.
