Job summary

The University of Alberta invites applications for the Entrepreneurship Program Coordinator, a hybrid role at North Campus, Edmonton. This position leads the Explorer Program content and partners with external stakeholders to advance entrepreneurship.

You will focus on mentor-founder matching, engagement quality, and cohort experience, while the Entrepreneur Program Admin handles operational logistics. You will also serve as the faculty's primary contact for undergraduate entrepreneurship

Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building skills and ecosystem knowledge.
• Ability to design and develop entrepreneurship programming.
• Experience coordinating external partnerships and mentorship networks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own design and content development of the Explorer Program.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with external stakeholders across industry, mentorship networks, legal, finance, and manufacturing sectors.
• Mentor-founder matching and enhance cohort experience.
• Serve as liaison to undergraduate entrepreneurship programming; coordinate operations with the Entrepreneur Program Admin.
