Position Overview :

The Enterprise Solution Architect (ESA) plays a crucial role at bridging our three practices : Microsoft Delivery, Hybrid Cloud, and Network and Security. ESAs foster cross-disciplinary collaboration, resulting in comprehensive blueprint designs that meet our clients’ unique requirements. As an ESA, you will leverage your extensive technical skills and industry experience to drive significant business transformations for our clients.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, strategic consultant, and visionary, blending technical acumen with innovative thinking while playing an essential role in sales and delivery enablement. You will collaborate with the sales team and solution specialists to secure and lead the delivery of professional services enterprise engagements. By developing technology strategies and roadmaps, you will address business challenges with innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate at senior levels in client organizations, including the executive level (CXX).
• Provide trusted technical leadership and insights, building strategies and roadmaps to drive measurable business value.
• Develop approaches to client challenges and take the client on a journey to develop practical solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team and solution specialists to identify opportunities for improving client engagement and developing professional services enterprise engagements.
• Lead architectural design projects, providing creative solutions to business and technical challenges.
• Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships, acting as an expert in technical knowledge and business understanding.
• Guide the strategic direction of projects beyond technical implementation to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Communicate strategies and technical details clearly to executive and operational IT teams
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies, to implement best practices and enhance end user experiences.
• Drive innovation and develop new service offerings based on market trends and customer needs to support sales.
• Foster a culture of innovation and problem-solving, encouraging the team to challenge existing methods and think creatively.
• Mentor and inspire others

Skills and Qualifications :

• 10+ years of experience as an ESA, or in a similar technology leadership role, with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies including Azure, M365, SharePoint, Teams, Endpoint Management, Security, Copilot and AI.
• Broad technical experience across multiple technology stacks such as : network, cloud, data center, security, etc. with other major vendors such as Cisco, Fortinet, HP etc.
• Solid business and consulting skills.
• A proven track record of creative problem-solving and innovative solution design.
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences, bridging the gap between technical details and strategic business objectives.
• Relevant technical and business-oriented certifications.

Additional Skills and Qualifications that will enhance the role of an ESA :

• Risk Management : Capability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with project implementation and technology integration.
• Change Management : Strong skills in managing change, including the ability to guide teams and stakeholders through technological and procedural transitions.
• Client Relationship Management : Excellent skills in building and maintaining strong client relationships to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
• Up-to-date Qualifications : You possess the requisite certifications necessary for your role and you actively ensure that your certifications are up to date and current. You are also committed to ongoing learning and development to ensure you keep your skills relevant.

Proficiency in French (verbal and written) may be an asset.
