Role Summary

As an Enterprise Architect at Vasa Digital, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will engage with senior stakeholders, drive architecture strategy, and guide the development of scalable, modern systems that support strategic business goals. This role combines strategic insight, technical depth, and excellent communication.

Core Responsibilities

Solution & Business Architecture

• Develop scalable, standards-compliant Enterprise & Solution Architectures
• Align systems capability strategies with business goals
• Experience in documenting value chains, business capabilities, and organizational processes
• Build roadmaps, and plans for improved performance
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define an architecture vision
• Lead Architecture Review Boards and governance processes
• Maintain architecture standards, blueprints, and intake workflows

Technology Rationalization & Risk Management

• Identify and address legacy risk and modernization needs
• Build business cases and designs to support transformation
• Manage technical debt and integration challenges
• Build and maintain application and infrastructure inventories
• Perform surveys and analysis to determine functional and technical fit
• Develop approaches to assessing costs.
• Map integration flows and dependencies

Tools & Methods

• Proficiency in tools like LeanIX or similar EA tools.

Cross-Functional Facilitation

• Lead workshops and working sessions across business and technical domains
• Translate business needs into actionable technology solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related Information Technology field
• 15+ years of experience across enterprise and solution architecture
• Previous experience working for a consulting firm.
• Demonstrated success in large-scale architecture delivery in at least one core industry
• Strong stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and facilitation capabilities

Preferred Skills & Certifications

• Full SDLC experience with modern enterprise platforms
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Familiarity with cybersecurity and data architecture
• Certifications such as TOGAF, CBAP, CCBA, or cloud architect credentials
