Location: Remote within Canada (GTA or Vancouver preferred for team meetups and client proximity)

Hours: 40 hrs/week

Are you a strategic enterprise sales leader passionate about Adobe solutions? Bekatec is expanding its footprint across North America and looking for a high-performing Enterprise Sales Executive to lead growth in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) services for Fortune 1000 clients.

We specialize in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), enabling brands to deliver personalized, content-driven experiences across all channels. Founded in Germany in 1996, Bekatec now operates as a 100% remote team of 60+ professionals across Germany, Slovakia, and Canada. In 2020, we launched our North American operations from Victoria, British Columbia. Today, we manage over 400 complex brand websites globally in both on-prem and cloud-based AEM environments.

Job Summary

As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will identify, engage, and close enterprise clients needing AEM services. You'll collaborate closely with Adobe, consulting partners (such as Big 4 firms), and internal technical teams to craft compelling proposals and win deals. The ideal candidate is proactive, knowledgeable about the Adobe ecosystem, and excels in high-value solution selling.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and target large enterprises requiring Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions.

• Develop and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.

• Collaborate with Adobe Partner Managers and global consulting firms to co-pitch AEM projects.

• Support and contribute to partner-led RFP response processes.

• Build strong relationships with enterprise stakeholders and navigate complex sales cycles.

• Work with technical, delivery, and marketing teams to design tailored AEM solutions.

• Stay current on trends and opportunities in the AEM and digital experience landscape.

What Success Looks Like

• $2M+ in qualified pipeline generated within your first 12 months.

• Regular meetings secured with top consulting partners or large enterprise clients.

• Contributions to successful RFP responses in collaboration with Adobe and partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in enterprise software or professional services sales.

• Proven success in selling to C-level executives and navigating complex sales processes.

• Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar enterprise CMS platforms.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Adobe certifications a plus.
