We’re seeking a motivated, results-oriented, and experienced Enterprise Sales Officer to join our team. This role focuses on Institutional Sales for FX, FX Brokerage, and Relationship Management, and is crucial to driving our growth in this sector.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients to drive FX sales and brokerage activities.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and client needs, presenting tailored solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to institutional clients, understanding their FX and brokerage requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Regularly update stakeholders on market trends, new product offerings, and competitive intelligence.
  • Manage client portfolios, ensuring high levels of engagement and retention.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings to enhance visibility and relationships.
Requirements
  • Proven experience (3–5 years) in FX Sales, FX Brokerage, or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of foreign exchange markets, products, and institutional sales.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic, global team.
  • Flexibility to travel for client meetings and events as required.
