THE TEAM

The mission of the Enterprise Risk Management Department is to prevent, detect, and resolve loss.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing, and our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for safeguarding the security of Aritzia’s product, people, property, information, and financial assets at our Support Offices (SO). You will play a pivotal role in executing and educating on loss prevention, detection, and resolution across all SO locations, with a key focus on corporate investigations. THE ROLE

As the Director/ Senior Director of Corporate Security & Investigations, you will lead the team to:

  • Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.

  • Establish Aritzia’s approach to Enterprise Risk Management

  • Minimize the loss of merchandise

  • Protect our people, our clients, and our communities.

  • Ensure the security of our physical assets.

  • Preserve and safeguard confidential information.

  • Minimize the loss of financial assets

  • Develop Aritzia’s approach for and lead the execution of corporate investigations

  • Identify and adopt emerging security technologies

  • Integrate security requirements into the design of our spaces

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Director/ Senior Director of Corporate Security & Investigations has:

  • Proven and best-in-class skills, applicable certifications, education and/or experience in Enterprise Risk Management and corporate investigations

  • A commitment to learn, apply, champion and enrich Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles

  • The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes

  • The ability to set clear objectives and design a strategy that inspires the team

  • A dedication to quality and investing in results and new business opportunities that add value

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $150,000 - $250,000 CAD per year. The final agreed-upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for a bonus.
