THE TEAM

The mission of the Enterprise Risk Management Department is to prevent, detect, and resolve loss.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing, and our Enterprise Risk Management team is expanding accordingly. This is a unique opportunity to join a team responsible for safeguarding the security of Aritzia's property, employees, and clients. As the Analyst, ERM Integration, NBOs, you will partner with key cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of risk management activities aligned with Aritzia's systems, processes, and tools, while also identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. The skills gained in this role can lead to a rewarding career in Enterprise Risk Management and further growth within Aritzia.

THE ROLE

As the Analyst, ERM Integration, New Boutique Openings, your responsibilities will include:

1. Ensuring the effective implementation of key ERM programs
2. Executing the integration of new boutique openings seamlessly
3. Representing the Department's interests in cross-functional integration of new infrastructure
4. Supporting business needs through Department tools
5. Organizing and communicating relevant information across the Department

THE QUALIFICATIONS

THE COMPENSATION

The typical salary range for this position is $50,000-$75,000 CAD annually, with final compensation based on experience and qualifications. We are open to candidates whose qualifications may differ, with adjustments to scope and salary accordingly.
