MUFG Americas is seeking an Enterprise Risk Manager to lead governance activities focused on risk appetite and reporting for its Canada Branch. This role involves compliance with policies, fostering relationships across teams, and assessing emerging risks while ensuring effective risk management practices are in place. This position will be primarily responsible for ownership and management of enterprise-risk governance activities (e.g., risk appetite, enterprise-wide risk reporting, policy governance) in addition to other key risks for the Canada Branch (e.g., Business Continuity, Strategic, Climate, and Reputation Risk), while ensuring compliance to the policies & procedures stipulated by Head-Office and/or Regulatory agencies. Other responsibilities include ownership and oversight of the New Product/Services and EUCC framework functions.
