Job summary

Vericence is seeking an Enterprise QA Lead to drive end-to-end testing for a large-scale omnichannel transformation program across fulfillment, wholesale, EDI, and SAP ecosystems in Canada. You will own test coverage, data strategy, integration validation, and defect management.

The role focuses on Manhattan Active, EDI/X12 testing, supply chain workflows, and enterprise integration testing within complex multi-platform environments. This is a hands-on leadership position driving QA outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading E2E testing on large-scale supply chain, fulfillment, or omnichannel transformation programs.
• Hands-on experience with EDI/X12 testing and trading-partner integration validation.
• Experience validating transaction sets such as 850, 855, 856, 810, 940, and 945.
• Strong warehouse management and fulfillment testing experience.
• Expertise in cross-system test data management within highly integrated environments.
• Strong manual E2E test design and execution experience.
• RTM and requirements traceability expertise.
• SQL and data validation skills.
• Experience with enterprise test management tools including Jira, qTest, Xray, ALM.
• API and integration testing experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive E2E test coverage across fulfillment and wholesale order processing flows.
• Define comprehensive test plans, scenarios, execution strategies, and quality gates.
• Establish and manage test cycle entry and exit criteria.
• Validate warehouse and fulfillment workflows from order creation through pick, pack, ship, and shipment confirmation.
• Test inventory updates, allocation, fulfillment exceptions, and order status synchronization.
• Lead testing of wholesale and trading partner integrations through TrueCommerce or comparable EDI platforms.
• Validate partner-specific mappings and EDI transaction sets, including 850/855/856/940/945.
• Cross-system data flow validation across Manhattan Active, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Commerce Cloud, CPI, and EDI platforms.
• Perform interface, API, payload, and reconciliation testing.
• Own cross-system test data planning and data availability across environments.
• Lead defect triage, root-cause discussions, and quality risk assessments.
• Provide regular status reporting and recommendations to QA leadership and program stakeholders.

Role Overview

Vericence is seeking an experienced Enterprise QA Lead - Fulfillment & EDI to lead end-to-end testing for a large-scale omnichannel transformation program supporting a major Canada go-live.

This role is responsible for ensuring quality across warehouse operations, fulfillment processes, EDI transactions, and cross-system integrations. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Manhattan Active, EDI/X12 transaction testing, supply chain workflows, and enterprise integration testing within complex multi-platform environments.

The program spans multiple interconnected systems, including:

• SAP S/4HANA
• SAP Commerce Cloud
• Manhattan Active
• TrueCommerce EDI
• SAP Integration Suite (CPI)

You will own E2E test coverage, test data strategy, integration validation, defect management, and traceability across fulfillment and wholesale business flows.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Test Leadership

• Own and drive E2E test coverage across fulfillment and wholesale order processing flows.
• Define comprehensive test plans, scenarios, execution strategies, and quality gates.
• Establish and manage test cycle entry and exit criteria.

Manhattan Active & Fulfillment Testing

• Validate warehouse and fulfillment workflows from order creation through pick, pack, ship, and shipment confirmation.
• Test inventory updates, allocation, fulfillment exceptions, and order status synchronization.
• Ensure accurate fulfillment transactions are reflected across downstream systems.

EDI & TrueCommerce Validation

• Lead testing of wholesale and trading partner integrations through TrueCommerce or comparable EDI platforms.
• Validate partner-specific mappings and EDI transaction sets, including:
• 850 Purchase Order
• 855 Purchase Order Acknowledgment
• 856 Advance Ship Notice
• 940 Warehouse Shipping Order
• 945 Warehouse Shipping Advice
• Test EDI exception handling, acknowledgments, and partner onboarding scenarios.

Cross-System Integration Testing

• Verify data flow across Manhattan Active, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Commerce Cloud, CPI, and EDI platforms.
• Validate fulfillment, inventory, and shipping transactions throughout the ecosystem.
• Perform interface, API, payload, and reconciliation testing.

Test Data Management

• Own cross-system test data planning and management.
• Ensure consistent data availability across all applications to support E2E testing.
• Coordinate data setup, maintenance, and traceability across integrated environments.

Quality Governance & Traceability

• Maintain RTM and E2E coverage mapping from requirements through execution results.
• Lead defect triage, root-cause discussions, and quality risk assessments.
• Provide regular status reporting and recommendations to QA leadership and program stakeholders.

Data Validation

• Perform SQL-based data verification and reconciliation across multiple systems.
• Validate inventory, fulfillment, shipment, and customer order data integrity.

Required Qualifications
