Job summary

Bell is seeking a Project Manager for Bell Business Markets in Montreal, QC. You’ll own end-to-end delivery from pre-sales to close-out on enterprise-scale solutions with budgets up to multi-million dollars.

Responsibilities include leading teams, managing customer relationships, and governance across scope, schedule, and cost. Strong PMI/PMO skills, Agile awareness, and AI familiarity are valued. French in Quebec required.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent business experience.
• PMP certification or equivalent business experience is an asset.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Effective oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build strong client relationships.
• Proven influencing, negotiation and risk management skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of project financials.
• Foundational knowledge of AI and its applications.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coaches the team to achieve project objectives and deliverables.
• Manages customer relationships throughout project delivery.
• Accountable for end-to-end delivery and governance (quality, scope, schedule, budget).
• Oversees project financials (costs, revenues, margins).
• Escalates issues to senior management for prompt resolution.
• Prepares required PMI-based documentation.
• Contributes to evolution of project management practices.
