Job summary

Scotiabank in Toronto, Canada seeks a Senior Manager, EDO Governance to lead day-to-day governance for the Enterprise Delivery Office portfolio. Qualifications

8+ years of governance, PMO, or delivery leadership in a large, regulated org.
Experience implementing governance standards, reporting, and risk controls.
Strong ability to translate complex portfolio data into actionable insights.
Proven track-record in executive reporting and stakeholder management.
PMO governance, enterprise portfolio management, and delivery risk knowledge.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day administration and execution of enterprise portfolio governance standards, policies, controls, and processes.
Monitor adherence to governance requirements and identify exceptions and gaps.
Conduct portfolio health assessments and governance reviews with evidence-based challenge.
Prepare findings and escalation materials for leadership review and remediation tracking.
Develop and prepare governance scorecards, dashboards, and management reporting for governance forums.
Analyze portfolio performance trends and risks to support prioritization and decisions.
Implement governance KPIs, KRIs, scorecards, and data quality controls.
Identify opportunities to automate reporting and strengthen controls.
