  • Data Integration & Quality: Manage automated data pipelines and integrations across source systems, and perform validation and reconciliation controls to ensure data integrity.
  • Financial Cycle Support: Support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and close cycles by managing calendars, workflows, periods, data loads, calculations, and deliverables.
  • User Support & Enablement: Manage support tickets, troubleshoot system and data issues, maintain procedures and user guides, and deliver onboarding and training.
  • Enhancements & Governance: Partner with business and technology teams to deliver scalable EPM enhancements, coordinate change control and testing, and enforce governance standards.
What You’ll Need
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant EPM or finance systems certification is considered an asset.
  • Experience: 3 to 5+ years administering, supporting, or developing enterprise performance management, financial planning, or related finance systems. Hands‑on Anaplan expertise is strongly preferred, including model building, workspace administration, lists and hierarchies, modules, complex formulas, dashboards, imports and exports, user access, integrations, and production support. Demonstrated involvement in end‑to‑end Anaplan or comparable EPM solution design, testing, deployment, stabilization, and end‑user adoption. Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing a team of EPM model builders, with a strong ability to foster collaboration, resilience, accountability, and continuous capability building. Practical knowledge of data integrations across EPM and other enterprise source systems, including mapping, validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution. Proficiency in structured change control, testing, deployment, incident management, and release‑management methodologies within a complex, global business environment.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of EPM administration, including model governance, metadata, hierarchies, security, workflows, audit controls, and application lifecycle management. Strong understanding of Anaplan architecture, capabilities and limitations, model design, formula logic, workspace administration, integrations, and performance optimization; certification or formal training is an asset. Advanced Excel skills and solid financial acumen across budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, general accounting, and consolidation processes. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective, sustainable solutions. High attention to detail and accuracy, supported by strong documentation, governance, change management, testing, and project coordination skills. Excellent collaboration, communication, and customer‑service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and support stakeholders across Finance, IT, and global teams.
