Job summary

Agrocrop Exports Ltd. is seeking a Maintenance Manager to own enterprise maintenance, reliability, and asset management across our manufacturing network.

This role blends hands-on leadership with a strategic roadmap to keep automated production lines running reliably and to shape long-term investment decisions. You will build high-performing teams, lead preventive and predictive maintenance, and champion CMMS governance while collaborating with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive maintenance leadership in food manufacturing or automated manufacturing.
• Experience leading multi-site maintenance operations.
• Strong knowledge of automated equipment, PLCs, robotics, motion control, and mechanical/electrical systems.
• Track record implementing CMMS, reliability programs, and capital projects.
• Experience influencing capital planning and long-range asset strategy at senior leadership level.
• Working knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and BRC requirements.

Responsibilities

• Shape enterprise strategy for long-term reliability and asset management.
• Lead enterprise maintenance strategy across all facilities.
• Drive reliability programs including RCM, RCA, and FMEA.
• Own CMMS data, maintenance planning, scheduling, and KPI reporting.
• Manage budgets, contractor relationships, and cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, HACCP, GMP, and BRC.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering (External), Quality, Supply Chain, and Commercialization.
• Direct maintenance activities for capital projects, installations, FAT/SAT, and commissioning.
• Stop equipment operation when safety, food safety, quality, or asset integrity is at risk.
