What You’ll Do

  1. Understand what motivates customers to buy and what drives industry growth, and learn how to tap into those needs effectively.
  2. Encourage long-term strategic relationships within high-profile enterprise accounts.
  3. Develop a robust qualified pipeline and handle strategic, customer-centric account planning, crafting, owning, and forecasting.
  4. Act as a trusted advisor and influencer in winning customer decisions to buy, architect, and adopt Oracle solutions.
  5. Work across Oracle ecosystems and technology partners to transform customer organizations and build enduring capabilities.
  6. Build client relationships by establishing trust, partnership, and an emotional connection to the Oracle brand and team.
  7. Establish relationships with key executives, C-level leaders, and decision-makers.
  8. Communicate the “why Oracle” story that highlights the value we provide through our integrated offerings.
  9. Implement sales and business development initiatives to increase awareness of Oracle Data and PaaS Solutions and grow the sales pipeline.
  10. Prospect into assigned accounts to discover and develop viable selling opportunities.
  11. Lead sophisticated sales cycles with support from internal partners like Pre-Sales, Product Management, and Executives.
  12. Travel as required, as this role may be virtual.

Range and benefit information provided are specific to locations. In CA, the hiring range is CAD $102,400 to $190,200 annually.

This role interacts with customers, prospects, and partners across North America, requiring professional English. French proficiency is required in Quebec, considered an asset otherwise.
