Job summary

Databricks is seeking pre-sales professionals who help large enterprise customers become more data-driven by shaping the technical strategy and guiding adoption of the Databricks platform.

You will partner with Enterprise Account Executives and Solutions Architects, lead virtual teams, articulate a compelling technical point of view, and drive ML and AI use cases across Azure and AWS in Canada.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing presales experience in the FSI domain.
• Proficiency at establishing virtual teams and leading them to success.
• Experience with very large global accounts (>$1m ARR).
• Ability to form relationships with executives and influencers.
• Present a convincing point-of-view to decision-makers that leads to success.
• Technical in big data, data science and cloud (Azure & AWS).
• Nice to have: Databricks, Snowflake, AWS or Azure Certification.

Responsibilities

• You are the main technical voice for Databricks across multiple clients.
• Lead customers on a transformational journey to adopt Databricks as part of their strategy.
• Implement the technical strategy within the account with the help of a hands-on team.
• Build a movement of technical champions within the account.
• Align technical strategies around Databricks solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team and technical peers to drive business outcomes.
