Role Overview

We are hiring an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to develop trust and ensure excellent experience for our customers across various segments: Mass, Focus, and Step Growth. This role involves onboarding, project coordination, collaboration with sales and support, portfolio management, and internal advocacy to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities
  1. Onboard new customers and introduce products like Ubuntu Pro, MAAS, Landscape, Openstack, Ceph, Kubernetes, among others.
  2. Coordinate complex projects with developers, IT managers, and decision-makers.
  3. Develop engagement plans in collaboration with Sales, Engineering, and Support teams.
  4. Manage customer portfolios, identify growth opportunities and renewal risks.
  5. Lead weekly review processes to resolve blockers and prioritize actions.
  6. Advocate for customers internally, influencing product roadmaps and processes.
  7. Support customers through reactive ticket handling.
  8. Create targeted campaigns via digital touchpoints.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience, with exposure to Linux OS, data applications, storage, cloud, networking, security, migration, or IoT.
  • Excellent presentation skills for discussing complex software.
  • Experience in process improvement and project delivery.
  • Strong team player with cross-departmental interaction skills.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in English, with Spanish and Portuguese skills a plus.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Salesforce, Jira, and CRMs.
