Job summary

The Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA) is seeking a Solution Architect to design and deliver technology solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and modernization goals. You will ensure security, scalability, and governance while bridging business needs with technical execution.

Collaborate with product owners, security, and infrastructure teams to implement Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure integrations, while maintaining architecture artifacts and reference

Qualifications

• Postsecondary degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years designing and implementing enterprise technology solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure.
• Certifications such as Microsoft Solutions Architect Expert, Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, or Azure Architect Associate are assets.

Responsibilities

• Designs end-to-end technical solutions aligned with enterprise architecture principles.
• Collaborates with product owners and delivery partners to support platform implementations.
• Supports configuration, integration, and deployment of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure services.
• Develops and maintains solution blueprints, diagrams, and interface specifications.
• Ensures designs meet scalability, security, compliance, and performance requirements.
• Participates in architecture reviews and documents architecture artifacts.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to translate requirements into architectures, data models, and integration approaches.
• Coordinates with Infrastructure and Security for access, network, and data protection standards.
• Manages scope, time, and resources for architectural components and mitigates risks.
• Identifies dependencies early and supports proofs-of-concept and pilots for new tech.
